My name is Kortney Manzeck, I am an adventurous photographer based in Wisconsin.

Aside from photography, I dedicate my down time to exercising, cooking, and spending time at the barn with my horse. On top of this - I have 3 amazing nephews who I love with all my heart, a rescue dog, and the most amazing support group. 

Another passion that holds a spot in my heart is traveling. I think it's extremely important to follow your dreams and to always turn dreams into reality. I am constantly trying to find ways to incorporate traveling into my schedule.  

 

Why the name 'Wild Earl'? 

- I found my passion for photography from my oldest brother. He taught me so much from the beginning to where I am now. He is also a photographer in the state of WI. I didn't want my photography business name 'Kortney Manzeck Photography' to interfere with his (even though we live 2 hours away). 

My inspiration for a new name was 2 things:

1) My love and respect for everything that stays wild in this world and is never tamed. In every aspect. 

2) My horse who is my absolute pride and joy, best friend, therapist, and so much more. His name is Earl. So..this is what lead my decision to pick this photography name. 

I know it is out of the realm to choose to have a photography name that isn't your actual name, but I don't care about that anyways. It's not about my name. It's about my style, what I love to capture, and how I capture it.

What do I love most about photography? Well, capturing "in the element" photos are what I live for. The types of photos you connect with - that take you back to a nostalgic moment in time.
